Stanford alumnus Scott Kilner (BA 1974) will discuss his 32 years of service as a career diplomat with the U.S. State Department, including observations on the Washington policy process and representing the United States abroad in Turkey, Afghanistan, East Germany, Paris, Rome and Vienna.
